- 3 tbsps Sacred Earth organic coconut butter
- 2 raw organic free range eggs
- 1 heaped tbsp Loving Earth maca powder
- 1 heaped tbsp Australian red gum bee pollen
- 1 heaped tbsp Loving Earth Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 heaped tsp Montmorillonite Clay
