Rhodiola Great for Top Athletes 10 May 2010

A study published in the March 2010 edition of the Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness has found that the Siberian herb Rhodiola rosea decreases muscle pain and damage after heavy exercise.

Take home message: Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb from Siberia. It has been clinically proven to both improve mental and physical performance as well as speed recovery. In my opinion, its the best herb for all athletes.
