At the age of 20, I was diagnosed with a progressive degenerative joint disease of the spine known as “Scheurmann’s Disease.” To me it is now just a meaningless label which I choose to ignore. Here is my personal formula for keeping myself successfully free of back pain:

1. Alkalinise the body to reduce acid levels and eliminate chronic fungal infections which are almost always the root cause of the inflammation of the back.
2. Pharmaceutical grade fish oil and my preferred probiotic to keep the gut healthy and reduce inflammation.
3. 10 minutes twice a day of meditation.
4. Kundalini yoga.
